What information do I collect?

By personal data I mean the data that relates to you as an identifiable natural person. In the first place, I collect the data you enter yourself through the various pages of this website and the data I obtain through your use of this website. It also concerns the personal data you provide to me through other channels such as email, telephone or answer forms.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Squarespace. They ensure that the site works at all times. I have agreed with Squarespace that they will never sell, rent or use personal data and traffic and location data (such as website visits and email traffic) for spam purposes.

To stay up to date with new tips, guides and stories, you can subscribe to the newsletter. I need your name and email address for it. The newsletter is created in MailChimp and I signed MailChimp’s Data Processing Agreement in which we made privacy agreements. If you no longer wish to receive these e-mails, you can always unsubscribe via the button in the newsletter.

Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics to create statistics and reports about this website. That way I can continue to optimise this site for you as a user. Google Analytics views the site from a distance and collects useful information such as most viewed posts, most used browsers and from which country most readers visit. I have agreed with Google Analytics that they will keep this data for 26 months. Once this period is over, everything will be deleted. I also made agreements with Google Analytics about the processing and security of your personal data in a Data Processing Amendment.
